3. Material Supplier: we can use the material designated by our client, or we will suggest the material for the usage according to the function of the parts in the whole project. Most of the material suppliers are Dupont, GE, LG, Derlin and so on

4. Capacity: we have injection molding shop equipped with machines ranging from 80 tons to 500 tons.

5. Mold construction:

The molds can be ranging upto 3m L and 2.6m W, and 10 tons

6. We have hands on experience in processing commercial and engineering materials in transparent, opaque, filled or reinforced grades. As a result, we can show you samples of a great variety of mouldings to illustrate material strength rigidity and surface finish etc, so that you can weigh up all these factors relative to your own product ideas.
